We made the Mayfair for the shirt that gets worn most. Not the shirt for the important day — that's another shirt. The one that ends up on a Wednesday, a Sunday brunch, a Tuesday evening walk, an unremarkable meeting that turns out to matter. The Fabric.
100% organic cotton, woven in India. Fine weight, tight weave. Substantial enough to hold a slim line clean, soft enough to wear all day. Grown without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides. Softens with every wash while holding its structure.

The Colour.
Warm vanilla — closer to old paper than to optical white. Not cream, not ecru — the vanilla of unbleached linen, of light morning light on a stone wall. Reads warm against every skin tone. Pairs cleanly with brown, navy, olive, and any of OMAY's neutrals.

The Cut.
Slim fit through the shoulder and chest, tapered gently through the body. Long sleeves with a structured cuff. Full button placket. Classic collar cut clean, sits well open or fully buttoned. Tuck into a tailored trouser, wear open over a fine white tee, or layer under a jacket.

Fit.
Slim through the shoulder and chest. This shirt runs one size small — order the size above what you normally wear. Length varies by size — see the size guide for exact measurements. If you need extra length, write to support@omaystudio.in and we can add up to an inch before dispatch.

Care.
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out. Line dry in shade. Iron on medium heat. Cotton improves with use — the shirt will feel different at year three than at day one.
