Shipping & Returns

At Omay, we take great care in ensuring every product reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below.

1. Shipping

We offer shipping to most locations in India. We usually dispatch products from our warehouse that are in stock within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping time can vary from 2 to 7 days, or occasionally longer, depending on the delivery pincode. Please note that shipping time cannot be guaranteed by us.
Any order placed on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking link for your order on your whatsapp number or email ID.

We levy a nominal charge for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future.


2. Returns

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email support@omaystudio.in within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and images of the product.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.


3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for clothing items in case of size issues, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Body oils, hair oils, lip oils, and candles.

Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.


5. Refunds

Once approved, refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
