Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting Omay.

Our Shopping Policy is as follows:

Domestic Delivery:

• We process all orders within 2 working days.
• All orders our shipped from our warehouse in Delhi, India.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
• In case of any delay in shipments due to high volume or other factors, we will contact and inform you telephonically or via email.
• Our shipments reach metros within 4-5 days of processing the order.
• Shipping time to non-metro cities is subject to geographical distance.

Shipping Charges:

• Enjoy free shipping for all your pre-paid orders.
• We charge a flat fee of INR 150 on all cash on delivery orders.

Order confirmation & tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email from our shipping partner once your order has been processed. The tracking number will be provided in the email you receive. 

International Shipping Policy:
